We are a professional association operating as a Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor/Intermediary. We provide administrative oversight to our members and their employees. We partner with employers and industry professionals to create structured workforce opportunities across the create arts, administrative, and skilled trades. All administrative services and member coordination are provided on a no-fee basis to the participants.
As a member-based workforce network, we support our federal program members and the employees of our partner firms by providing the administrative systems, contract oversight, and operational resources needed to strengthen on-the-job mentorship and workforce placement.
Our approach is centered on creating organized, results-driven environments that make apprenticeship and workforce participation more effective, consistent, and beneficial for both employers and professionals.
